To qualify for various Elite Programs or Elite High Balance Programs borrowers need a minimum of a 700 credit score.

Conventional Loans, Cash Outs, Elite LPMI, LPMI, Elite Government Programs, and many other programs only require the borrower to have a minimum of a 640 credit score.

Some FHA / VA / USDA programs only require the borrower to have a minimum of a 500 credit score.
